An intelligent and autonomous patrol robot
The intelligent and autonomous patrol robot P-Guard is composed of three main parts.
An all-terrain autonomous robot
This all-terrain robot has climbing capabilities of up to 20 cm on inclines of up to 25°. It is equipped with four drive wheels powered by four electric motors, allowing it to operate on all surfaces and reach a maximum speed of 12 km/h. It withstands temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C.
Its autonomy of 8 hours in continuous patrol allows it to cover an entire night. Once discharged, the P-Guard automatically returns to its charging station (a full charge takes 2 hours). The batteries have a lifespan of 3,000 recharge cycles.
Its beacon light and two LED headlights allow it to be seen from a distance, both day and night, in order to deter, prevent collisions, and/or signal its presence. With a total weight (including payload) of 250 kg, there is no risk of the patrol robot overturning in adverse weather conditions. Its dimensions (length 150 cm x width 110 cm x height 160 cm) also make it a highly deterrent robot.
Navigation components (centimeter-level precision system)
Le système de navigation du P-Guard lui garantit une précision centimétrique et une grande répétabilité. La télécommunication avec le robot se fait grâce à sa connexion Wi-Fi sécurisée (Mesh) ou via un réseau 4G public ou privé. Le robot de surveillance à une capacité de détection et d’évitement d’organes statiques et dynamiques. Il possède également une capacité de télé-opération sécurisée via joystick.
The Image and the Sound
Payload (onboard security devices) consists of four HD color cameras providing immersive 360° vision, along with a panoramic turret. The turret includes a thermal camera and a day/night camera with 32x optical zoom and adaptive infrared illumination, enabling observation up to 500 meters. Two loudspeakers and a microphone allow remote communication and tele-interpellation, giving the surveillance robot a deterrent audio presence.
